Drum Corps Europe - Drum Corps Europe, formerly known as Drum Corps Nederland, is the international organization that regulates the European drum corps activity. Akin to its American counterpart and predecessor Drum Corps International, DCE is the governing body for drum corps from most of Eastern Europe, especially Great Britain, The Netherlands, France, Belgium, and other countries.
